On behalf of everyone here at O&O Software, I would like to wish you Happy Holidays and all the very best for the new year. It is thanks to your support, feedback, and loyalty that we can continue delivering best-of-breed solutions to our customers and partners.

This year we have cemented our position in the RMM (Remote Monitoring & Management) sector with our cloud-based software, O&O Syspectr. We have also built on the excellent reputation of O&O DiskImage for backup and restore, with our perpetual licensing model attracting many customers who were unhappy with subscription models.

In 2024 we will continue to develop these solutions both separately and together, as O&O DiskImage will be integrated into O&O Syspectr to offer a remote backup and restore console across networks. At the same time, we will enhance and improve all our existing solutions to ensure that we can always meet your varied needs under Microsoft Windows.

Jim Harrison has a very broad sales and account management background, having previously been employed by various international companies in both senior sales and customer service roles. He joined O&O Software in March, 2006 in a sales and localization capacity, and having quickly recognized the potential for O&O Software worldwide, he was appointed Director of Sales International in 2008. Jim and his team focus on developing long-term, strategic partnerships in order to bring the O&O brand and product range to more and more international markets. Developing primarily the European, North American and Asian markets, his aim is quite clear: to have an O&O product installed on every computer, worldwide!
