NEW: O&O DiskImage 22 Premium Edition, now with even more Backup Power

There’s an old saying from IT administrators: no backup, no sympathy. With the newest Edition to the O&O DiskImage family, O&O DiskImage 22 Premium Edition, your precious data could not be in better hands!

Making sure your memories are preserved

The winter holidays are full of moments you’ll want to treasure forever – from fun in the snow to family gatherings. But photos and videos can vanish in an instant if your PC or storage device fails, gets lost, or is damaged. Once they’re gone, they’re gone for good. The only way to truly protect your precious memories is with a secure backup – and O&O DiskImage 22 Premium Edition makes that process simple, fast, and reliable for everyone. O&O DiskImage 22 Premium includes a variety of enhancements that simplify and expand both professional and home use.

New: Mount Backup files as Drives

This new edition to the successful O&O DiskImage family, specifically developed for home users, enables data backup with just a few clicks under Windows 11 and Windows 10 and wraps the familiar power and functions of O&O DiskImage into an easy-to-use experience. With O&O DiskImage 22 Premium Edition, Backup files can now be mounted directly as drives in Windows and removed just as easily when needed. This significantly simplifies access to individual files or folders within backups.

New: Convert Backups to Virtual Drives

Another important new feature is the ability to convert backups to virtual drives in VHDX format. This allows backups to be seamlessly integrated into virtual machines or used for alternative recovery strategies.

New: Define how long Backups are kept

O&O DiskImage 22 Premium Edition has improved organization, as users can now define retention policies that automatically limit the maximum number of backups. Additionally, individual backup files within existing backups can be selectively deleted without having to recreate the entire backup.

Reports can now be managed in both the backup overview and the backup file overview. Furthermore, reports are automatically generated when backups fail or are interrupted. The updated boot medium can now be used independently of the original hardware, which saves valuable time, especially when changing devices or in the event of a disaster.

Differences between Premium and Professional Editions

The Professional Edition of O&O DiskImage 21 is now primarily aimed at IT professionals and ambitious home users, as it also enables use in corporate networks and is also coordinated with the Server Edition. The Premium Edition offers the same powerful backup technology, but with a modern, particularly easy-to-use interface – ideal for home users who want to easily back up and restore their data and systems.
